However, in 1954, the Supreme Court declared educational segregation unconstitutional in Brown v. Board of Education. Nine black students subsequently enrolled at Little Rock Central High School, which marked the beginning of a series of events that contributed to the civil rights movement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Big Dam Bridge<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The Big Dam Bridge is the longest pedestrian and bicycle bridge in all of North America. With a total length of 4,300 feet, it crosses the Arkansas River in Little Rock, providing exceptional views of the record-breaking structure and the city skyline.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Riverfront Park<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Riverfront Park is a downtown oasis, ideal for family reunions, romantic picnics, or just enjoying some quiet time. It currently hosts the Arkansas House of Representatives. One of the highlights of this beautiful architecture is the 24-karat gold dome that overlooks the capitol. It has been open since the 1920s and has grown significantly in size over the years.
